Access DataMosaix from FactoryTalk Hub

FactoryTalk Hub is the online location where you can access Rockwell Automation's cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings to simplify the way you design, create, and maintain your assets.
  1. Click here to navigate to the FactoryTalk Hub sign in page.
    Alternatively, you can paste the following URL in your browser's address bar and press Enter.

  2. Click
    SIGN IN
    .
    The
    Sign in
     page is displayed.

  3. Provide your MyRockwell credentials.
    NOTE: Click
    Create an Account
     if you are a new user.
  4. Click
    Sign in
    .
    The FactoryTalk Hub
    Home
     page is displayed. It shows all the applications offered based on your subscriptions and entitlement.

  5. Click the
    Operations
     tab.
    You should be able to see all the applications in the Operations category.
    NOTE:
    • If you see the FactoryTalk DataMosaix tile is locked, it means your organization has not purchased the entitlement for this application.
    • If you are sure that your organization has purchased the entitlement, but you do not see the FactoryTalk DataMosaix tile, then you must ask the administrator to add you to the FactoryTalk Hub organization.

  6. Click the
    FactoryTalk DataMosaix
     tile.
    The FactoryTalk DataMosaix application opens in a new tab. The
    Manage Access
     tab displays by default.
