- Once you are connected to a remote support representative, describe your issue to receive real-time assistance.TIP: You have the option to search for an answer to your issue while your wait for a representative.If you initiate a new live chat when another live chat is already open, you are redirected to a new live chat to ensure that each support request is addressed separately, promptly, and efficiently.
