Failed to open Module Properties - EDS file not registered

The software determined that you tried to launch module properties for a module that does not have a valid, registered EDS file. The EDS file for the module (matching vendor, product type, product code, and major revision) cannot be found. This may occur when your
Logix Designer
application project is moved to a computer where the EDS file for the module is not registered. In this case, in the
I/O Configuration
tree, a generic icon is displayed next to the module and the catalog number displays <EDS not registered>.
To resolve this condition, register the EDS file for the selected module. Right-click, and select
Register EDS File
. The EDS Wizard is launched with context (the
Download EDS File
button is enabled and identity of the EDS file is validated).
