Toggle a BIT instruction

Toggle the state of a Boolean tag for a BIT instruction. If the parameter is ON, toggle the instruction to turn OFF the parameter. If the parameter is OFF, toggle the instruction to turn ON the parameter.
Prerequisites
  • Add a BIT instruction to a rung. You cannot toggle an OSR or OSF instruction.
  • Add a Boolean tag to the instruction.
To toggle a BIT instruction
  1. In the instruction, select the operand.
  2. From the menu bar, select
    File > Edit Ladder Diagram > Toggle Bit
