Questions concerning installation and use of Logix Designer software are handled by the
Rockwell Automation Customer Support Center. The center is staffed Monday through
Friday, except on U.S. holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time zone for calls
originating within the U.S. or Canada.

When you call, you should be at your computer and be prepared to provide the following
information:
- The product version number
- The type of hardware you are using
- The exact wording of any errors or messages that appeared on your screen
- A description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
- A description of how you tried to solve the problem
