Subdevices management

A user must have VPN permissions on a device to add or delete subdevices, change their settings, and manage the services that they provide.
  1. In the
    FactoryTalk Remote Access Manager
    , access the
    Explorer
    Domain view
     section.
  2. Select a subdevice in the domain (left) pane.
    Two information panels appear on the right pane:
    • The subdevice information pane includes its
      IP Address
      .
    • The
      Services
       pane shows a list with the subdevice services. You can add, edit or delete a service.
      NOTE: See Add a service to learn more on this subject.
  3. Once you select a subdevice, you can:
    • Run the device by clicking
      Launch
       in the
      Services
       pane.
    • Click to remove a subdevice.
