HMI text for PVLVS instructions

Use the
HMI
 tab of the
PVLVS Properties
 dialog box to enter text that appears on HMI devices for the instruction.
To enter HMI text for PVLVS instructions
  1. On the instruction in the routine, perform one of these actions:
    • On the Ladder or FBD instruction, select .
    • In the Structured Text editor, right-click the tag name and select
      Configure <tag name>

  2. Open the
    HMI
     tab.
  3. Set the parameters:
    • Library name
      . The text used for associating instructions with display library for faceplate call-up.
    • Instruction name
      . The text used for associating the instruction name for faceplate call-up.
    • Display label
      . Type the label to show on the graphic HMI symbol.
    • Area name for security
      . Type the area name for area-based security scheme adopted in HMI.
    • State 0 text
      . State 0 text for HMI. State 0 text is also used as a label throughout the instruction properties dialog.
    • State 1 text
      . State 1 text for HMI. State 1 text is also used as a label throughout the instruction properties dialog.
    • Help button URL
      . User-defined URL for accessing help from the HMI.
  4. Select
    Apply
    .
