PPTC status and parameters

Use the
General
tab of the
PPTC Properties
 dialog box to monitor the status and parameters of the selected Pressure/Temperature Compensated Flow (PPTC) instruction or function block.
To monitor the status and parameters for PPTC instructions
  1. On the instruction in the routine, perform one of these actions:
    • On the Ladder or FBD instruction, select .
    • In the Structured Text editor, right-click the tag name and select
      Configure <tag name>

  2. Open the
    General
     tab.
  3. View the read-only parameters:
    • Compensated flow
      . The compensated flow (at standard temperature and pressure: mass flow).
    • Actual temperature
      . The actual (measured) temperature; can be absolute or common units.
    • Actual uncompensated flow
      . The actual (measured) uncompensated flow in volumetric units.
    • Actual pressure
      . The actual (measured) pressure; can be absolute or common units.
    • Actual differential pressure
      . The actual (measured) differential pressure.
  4. Select
    Apply
    .
