toolbar is a tabbed toolbar with a single tab and a button for each of the SFC elements. Tooltips on the toolbar indicate the intended use for each tool. Move the cursor over the icon and to show tooltip.

This toolbar has two scrollbars: one for the tabbed instruction groups, and one for the instructions within a group. Since the Sequential Function Chart toolbar has only one tab, the lower scroll bar is disabled (unless this toolbar is resized very small). Click these scrollbars to move through the SFC elements. Alternately, resize this toolbar by dragging on the left or right edges.
