DriveCoolingFault
Applies to: Servo Drive axes.
DriveCoolingFault is a Boolean attribute. It is set when the ambient temperature surrounding the drive’s control circuitry exceeds the drive ambient shutdown temperature. Typically, this fault is caused by the failure of some element (e.g. a fan) of the cooling system.
DriveCoolingFault is an unrecoverable fault.
In the event of a DriveCoolingFault, fix the drive cooling system and re-cycle power to the drive.
The occurrence of a DriveCoolingFault sets bit #19 of the DriveFault attribute, the PhysicalAxisFault attribute and bit #0 of the AxisFault attribute.
