For Asset Class Analysis Function Type:
For this function type, the following function names are available:
- Cavitation Detection
- Remaining Useful Life
- Health Score
- PID Response for Tank level
The workflow is similar for all the function names, except for the health score.
For the Health Score function name:
- In the Configure Function tab, set these parameters:
- Function Type: Select theAsset Class Analysisfunction type from the drop-down list.
- Function Name: Select theHealth ScoreFunction Name from the drop-down list.
- Version: Select the required Version number from the drop-down list.
- Calculation Frequency: Select the required Calculation Frequency from the drop-down list.NOTE: The Pre-Requisites section displays the configured Sensors, Components, and Asset Class Analysis at the asset level.
- Map the variable name to the sensor, KPI, or user input.NOTE: Based on the selected KPIs and depending on the type of function, the Prerequisite section is displayed to the user, This section lists all types of pre-requisites required for creating the KPI, If any of the defined prerequisites are not met, then the user is not allowed to create the KPI. In this release, this section is enabled only for Asset Class Analysis Function Type and Health Score KPI name.
- ClickNext.
- In theConfigure KPI Limitstab, perform the following steps:
- Turn on the Enable Detection and Alert toggle button.
