Configure KPI for Component

After adding a Component, the user needs to configure KPIs.
Perform the following steps to configure KPI at the component level:
  1. After adding a Component, select the
    KPIs
    tab.
  2. Click
    Add
    .
    Add KPI
  3. In the
    Basic Details
    tab, set these parameters:
    • KPI Name
      : Select the KPI Name from the drop-down list.
    • Data Type
      : Select the required Data Type from the drop-down list.
    • Unit of Measure
      : Select the required Unit of Measure from the drop-down list.
    • KPI Description
      : Provide a description for the KPI.
    • Configuration Status
      : Select the required status from the drop-down list.
  4. Click
    Next

    Basic Details
  5. In the
    Configure Function
    tab, set these parameters:
    • Function Type
      : By default,
      Component Class Analysis
      function type is selected.
    • Function Name
      : Select the
      Remaining Useful Life
      or
      Health Score
      function name from the drop-down list.
    • Version
      : Select the required Version number from the drop-down list.
      NOTE: By default, the Calculation Frequency is displayed as 24 hours.
  6. Click
    Next
    .
    Configure Function
  7. In the
    Configure KPI Limits
    tab, perform the following steps:
    • Turn on the
      Enable Detection and Alert
      toggle button.
    • Select the required Alert Delay Timer from the
      Alert Delay Timer
      drop-down list.
    • Provide the
      LAL
      ,
      MAL
      ,
      HAL
      ,
      LAU
      ,
      MAU
      , and
      HAU
      values in the respective boxes.
  8. Click
    Add
    .
