Integration Setup

Perform the following steps to integrate the setup:
  1. On the left navigation menu, drop-down the
    Configuration
     menu and click
    CMMS Integration Setup
    .
    The Integration Setup tab is displayed.
  2. Click
    Edit
    .
  3. In the
    CMMS Details
     section, Select the required CMMS application details from the
    Choose CMMS Application
     drop-down list.
  4. In the
    Integration Details
     section, provide the following details:
    NOTE: Use the API Application Key, Access Key, and API Secret from Fiix and have these credentials ready before starting the integration setup.
    • API Application Key
      : Provide the application key details.
    • Access Key
      : Provide the access key details.
    • API Secret
      : Provide the API secret details.
    • Fiix environment URL
      : Provide the environment URL details.
    • API Application Key expiration date
      : Provide the API application key details.
  5. Click
    Test Connection
    .
    If the connection is successful, then "
    Connection Established
    " message is displayed.
  6. In the
    Integration Status
     section, select the required duration time from the
    Sync Time Duration
     drop-down list.
    NOTE: The user can turn on the
    Enabled
     button to create a work order in Fiix.
  7. Click
    Save
    .
    The user cannot save the connection, if the connection status is failed.
The timestamp is updated when the user navigates to this setup screen. The user can also view the last successful connection and unsuccessful connection timestamp details.
