Component Level Dashboard

In this dashboard, the user can view the overview of the Asset's component. Based on the configuration, respective KPI details are displayed in the
Overview
tab.
Select the required
Component
from the hierarchy list and the following tabs are displayed in the dashboard:
  1. Overview
  2. KPIs
  3. Info

Health score
Health Score refers to intrinsic health of an equipment. In other words, a reduction in Health Score indicates an intrinsic deterioration of the Equipment's critical parts which may cause its eventual failure.
Since there is no way to measure the health score of the equipment, we need to define the concept of Health Score.
Health Score of a component at the beginning of its life (at purchase): 100%
Health Score at failure: 0%
Health Score of a component is defined as the remaining useful life at a base operating condition divided by sum of current age and remaining useful life normalized at base operating conditions.
HS = MRL @ base regime op conditions / (MRL @ base regime op conditions + normalized current age @ base regime operating conditions)
Remaining useful Life
Refers to Mean Residual Life (MRL) of a component. In other words, it is a probabilistic estimate of how long a component is expected to survive, given its name plate specifications (specifications and brand) and its operating regime (harsh or mild).
The RUL is reported both at the component and asset levels. The minimum of the RUL values of all components is considered as Asset RUL.
In the trend chart, the user can view the component predictive KPIs over time, health score, and remaining useful life. The user can view the Trend at the top and a sparkline view below. The user can use the sliding selector at the bottom to change the date selection
In the KPI trend chart, two lines indicate the two predictive KPIs, the solid lines indicate the historic data, and the dotted line indicates the extrapolated future projected data. Hover over the solid line and dotted line to view the KPI values with the corresponding date.

  • Short Term
: This trend chart displays the forecasted values for the next two weeks and the time resolution is one data point per hour.
  • Long Term
: This trend chart displays the forecasted values for the next two months and the time resolution is one data point per hour.
  • Custom
: The trend chart is displayed for the custom date selected in the From and To box using the date picker.
