Failed to create the program

Problem creating the program. The error message indicates one of these conditions:

The program already exists

Tried to rename the Program to a name that is already in use by another Program. Choose a different name for this Program, or rename the other Program.

The controller is in Hard Run Mode

Tried to create a program while the Controller was in hard run mode. Cannot create a program while the controller is in hard run mode. To create the program move the key switch from RUN to either REM or PROG.

Another workstation has the controller lock

Another workstation has access to the controller, and this workstation is not authorized to make changes to the project.
