Associate an unassigned axis to a motion group

If an axis is created and unassigned to a motion group, it is unavailable for use. Use the
Axis Assignment
 tab in the
Motion Group Properties
 dialog box to assign and remove an axis to and from a motion group.
To associate an unassigned axis to a motion group:
  1. In the Controller Organizer, right-click the motion group and click
    Properties
    .
    The
    Axis Assignment
     tab lists the axes that are
    Assigned
     and
    Unassigned
     to the motion group.
  2. Select the axis from the
    Unassigned
     list and select
    Add
     to add the axis to the motion group.
  3. To remove an axis from the motion group, select the axis from the
    Assigned
     list and select
    Remove
    .
  4. Select
    OK
    .
