View tooltip information

Tooltips are a way of getting quick information about the purpose of an icon in a toolbar. Each system component has a different toolbar. Move the cursor into position over a toolbar icon but do not click the mouse button (also known as hovering the cursor). A floating window appears directly beneath the cursor displaying the icon's function.
