Instruction Toolbox

Use the Instruction Toolbox to find and insert instructions into a routine. To display the Instruction Toolbox, open a routine and select the Instruction Toolbox icon on the Logix Designer Toolbar, or select

View > Instruction Toolbox

from the main menu.

The Instruction Toolbox lists all the instructions that are supported in the logic editor you are using. Select an instruction to add it to a routine. Enter a term in the search box to find a specific instruction.

To undock and move the Instruction Toolbox, select the top of the toolbox and drag and drop it in a new location.
