Breakout Sessions
Due to the various needs and segments of our partner program, breakout sessions will be integrated within the schedule to allow for deeper, more meaningful conversations. Activating the Partner Ecosystem to Win in New Capacity
Building new capacity is complex. There is the procurement of the land, securing permits, determining the building footprint, then you have to worry about how you will actually produce in that building. By leveraging a connected ecosystem of partners, the owner reduces risk and can receive real value. We aim to activate the PartnerNetwork program to serve as this new capacity ecosystem. From the EPC helping the owner with their overall vision, to the OEMs building data ready equipment, to system integrators combining the OT and IT system, to distributors supporting the procurement and long-term support, the entire ecosystem must work together seamlessly. This session will be focused on how we will all work together to succeed as one PartnerNetwork.
