Export Project Documentation dialog box overview
Use the Export Project Documentation dialog box to localize project documentation from one key language into one or more languages.
User-entered comments in logic or descriptions on components.
These are the parameters for the Export Project Documentation dialog box.
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
Key | Specify a language to serve as the translation key for the generated file. Only the languages that have content in the current project are available to be the translation key. |
Localize To | Select one or more languages to localize project documentation from the key language. Expand the list to select a sub-language. The list contains all the possible languages that are supported by the Project Documentation Languages feature. Languages that have content in the current project are listed at the top. A separator divides the top of the list from the bottom of the list. The bottom of the list contains any custom languages that are present in the project. All the other languages are listed below the custom languages. If you select to localize a language that has content, the language is added to the localization file, even though it may not be the language that serves as the translation key. You can also choose to localize the key language, which allows the key language content to be updated during a translation. |
Custom | Opens the Click to open the Custom Language Configuration dialog box to manage the customized languages in the project. Within the Custom Language Configuration dialog box, you can add customized languages to the Localized To list and modify customized languages that are already in the Localized To list. |
