Questions concerning installation and use of Logix Designer software are handled by the Rockwell Automation Customer Support Center. The center is staffed Monday through Friday, except on U.S. holidays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time zone for calls originating within the U.S. or Canada.
To reach the Customer Support Center, call 440-646-3434 and follow the prompts.For call originating outside the U.S. or Canada, locate the number in your country by visiting support.rockwellautomation.com.
When you call, you should be at your computer and be prepared to provide the following information:
  • The product version number
  • The type of hardware you are using
  • The exact wording of any errors or messages that appeared on your screen
  • A description of what happened and what you were doing when the problem occurred
  • A description of how you tried to solve the problem
