Create a button that shuts down the host system

Add a button that shuts down the host operating system on which the
FactoryTalk Optix Application
 runs.
IMPORTANT:
Pressing the
Shut down system
 button
immediately shuts down the host operating system
 on which the
FactoryTalk Optix Application
 runs.
For example, if you run the
FactoryTalk Optix Application
 on an emulator target, pressing the button will immediately shut down your Windows system.
  1. In
    Project view
     pane, right-click
    MainWindow (type)
     and select
    New
    Base controls
    Button
    .
  2. Hover-over the button, select
    Edit
    , and enter
    ShutDownSystemButton
    .
  3. In
    Properties
    , set
    Text
     to
    SHUT DOWN HOST SYSTEM
    .
  4. In
    Events
    , next to
    MouseClick event
    , select
    Add
     and select
    ProjectName
    NetLogic
    ShutDownSystemNetLogic
    SystemShutDown
    .
