How sequence parameters update

The parameters of a sequence can be updated by different methods, actions, or sources when the sequence is run.
Sequence input and output parameters are updated:
  • By configuration of a parameter connection using the
    External Access
     value.
  • By direct assignation of a value using
    Logix Designer
     or the
    Sequence Parameter Control
    .
  • By using either the START or RESET command in
    Logix Designer
     or the
    Initialize Parameters
     command in
    Logix Designer
     or the
    Sequence Parameter Control
     to move the
    Initial Value
    attribute value into the
    Value
    attribute.
