Use drag-and-drop to schedule and unschedule programs in the Controller Organizer
You can use drag-and-drop in the
Logical Organizer
to create a logical model that is organized in terms of procedures, objects, functions, equipment, or other more natural terms and concepts. You can then use drag-and-drop to apply this logical model in the Controller Organizer
.
TIP:
If FactoryTalk Security is enabled, you need FactoryTalk Security permissions to create and delete items in the
Controller Organizer
and the Logical Organizer
.Apply the logical model to the Controller Organizer
You can schedule and unschedule programs and routines in the

to the Controller Organizer

of programs for Mixers as shown below. In the Controller Organizer
, the programs are initially unscheduled.
NOTE:
You can then drag-and-drop Mixers from the
Logical Organizer
to the Controller Organizer
to schedule the programs under MainTask. Note that Mixers is a folder in the Logical Organizer
, and does not appear in the Controller Organizer
.
