This validation error appears in the

Errors

box of the

Output

window:

The error indicates that a locked routine or Add-On Instruction references a component that was modified since the routine or Add-On Instruction was locked, and the locked component and the referenced component may no longer be compatible.

To correct this error, edit the referenced component to match the properties identified in the error message. Unlocking and re-locking the locked component corrects this error, particularly when the error occurs when converting a project to a newer version of the

Logix Designer

application.
