Select a file and function

The external routine can call a file or function.
To select a file and function:
  1. In the Controller Organizer, right click the active routine and choose
    Properties
    .
  2. In
    External Routine DLL
    , enter the name of the .dll file the external routine calls.
  3. Click the
    Browse
     button to search for a specific file.
  4. In
    Function
    , enter the function within the .dll file the external routine calls.
  5. Click dots to choose a specific function.
  6. Click
    OK
     to close the Routine Properties dialog.
