Calibrate the Channels of the FLEX I/O Analog Module
WARNING:
Be extremely cautious when calibrating FLEX I/O Modules. Do not calibrate in RUN or Remote RUN mode or while using the module for control. Doing this can lead to personal injury or death, property damage or economic loss.
The RSLogix software steps you through the process of calibrating your FLEX I/O Module. The Calibration process can be performed in its entirety via the Calibration tab under Module Properties.
IMPORTANT:
You must be online to calibrate your module.
To calibrate the channels for a FLEX I/O analog or Combo module:
- Right-click on the module you want to calibrate, and select Properties.
- Click the Calibration tab.TIP:The Calibrate This Channel check boxes are checked by default. This means that the channel is selected for calibration. The Calibration Range column and the Input Channel column are read only and cannot be changed. They are displayed only for informational purposes.
- Clear the Calibrate This Channel check boxes to exclude a channel from this calibration.
- Click the Start Calibration button to start the calibration process.
