Set Chassis Size 1734-ACNR, -AENT

Use this tab to set the chassis size in the adapter via direct communication between the adapter and the chassis. You must always set this value.
TIP:
You must be online to set this value.
The Chassis Size From General Tab field displays the chassis size you have specified on the
General
tab of the
Module Properties
 dialog. The
Chassis Size In Module
 field displays the chassis size as it is read directly from the 1734 adapter.
  • Select
    Set Chassis Size In Module
    to write the chassis size value from the
    General
    tab to the adapter.
    TIP:
    This button is disabled if the values in these two fields are already equal.
Once you press the button, a warning dialog appears to explain the potential dangers of continuing with this operation. Read the items on this dialog carefully before proceeding.
  • Once you have confirmed that it is safe to continue with this operation, select
    OK
    .
