New Scan Mode Routine Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to define the attribute of a new scan mode routine.
Attributes
The attributes on the
New Scan Mode Routine
dialog box are:Attribute | Description |

Mode | Displays the type of scan mode for the routine. This field is read-only. |
Description | Enter a description for the new routine following standard Logix Designer application description rules of no more than 512 characters. |
Type | Use the arrow to display a pull-down list of the types of routines available. All supported and activated controller languages for developing an Add-On-Instruction are listed in the pull-down list. Currently, the supported languages are Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text. Once you select a type and click OK, you can only change the type by deleting the routine and recreating it. |
Instruction | Displays the Name of the instruction for this scan mode routine. This field is read-only. |
Open Routine | Select this box to open the routine when you click the OK button to exit the New Scan Mode Routine Editor dialog box. |
