Plug-In Manager dialog box

Use this dialog box to view the names, descriptions, versions, and properties of plug-ins installed with the

Logix Designer

application. When you install a plug-in that is compatible with the

Logix Designer

application, you use it to add custom properties to a project. The custom properties are stored with the project file and are accessible to the associated plug-in when you open the project in the

Logix Designer

application. Custom properties can be downloaded to the controller and are imported and exported with the project.

You can also use this dialog box to delete all custom properties stored in the project for a plug-in. When a plug-in is not registered with

Logix Designer

application, removing the custom properties for the plug-in removes the plug-in from the plug-ins list.
