Add a shared project to the FactoryTalk Vault

Add a shared project to the FactoryTalk Vault solution to provide a centralized solution to securely store documents, manage data access, and collaborate on projects. This will help you remain in sync with your team. If FactoryTalk Vault is not available during project creation, your shared projects may not be stored in the FactoryTalk Vault yet. You can use the Push option to add a shared project to a FactoryTalk Vault solution.

In the Add Project to Vault Solution
dialog box, select one of these options for a FactoryTalk Vault solution:

Select from exiting solutions

Create solution

Select Add to solution
to place your project in the chosen FactoryTalk Vault solution and push the files.
