FactoryTalk® Remote Access™ is the Rockwell Automation software solution that enables remote access and remote assistance to industrial equipment associated with Ethernet and serial connections through the Stratix® 4300 Remote Access™ Router, or through industrial PCs with the FactoryTalk® Remote Access™ Runtime installed.
