Equipment Sequence Properties - Monitor tab fields
Use the
Monitor
tab of the Equipment Sequence Properties
dialog to view run-time information of the Equipment Sequence, including maximum and last scan times, the current sequence state, and its owner. These options are available on the Monitor
tab. Item | Name | Purpose |
Max | Displays the maximum amount of scan time of the Equipment Sequence, in microseconds. Important: When the Equipment Sequence scan rate is significantly longer than the Equipment Phase scan rate, sequence events triggered by step state changes may not be generated. If having those event records is necessary, it is advisable to avoid phase state changes occurring in less than the sequence scan rate.
Last | Displays the last scan time of the Equipment Sequence, in microseconds.
Reset Max | This button resets the maximum and last scan times and restarts the scan timer.
State | Shows the current state of the Equipment Sequence. Available states are: IDLE, COMPLETE, STOPPED, ABORTED, HELD, RESETTING, STOPPING, RUNNING, ABORTING, HOLDING, and RESTARTING.
Substate | Shows the current substate for pausing of the Equipment Sequence. Available substates are:
| |
Mode | Shows the current mode for the Equipment Sequence . Available modes are:
| |
Owners | Shows the current owner(s) of the Equipment Sequence. Owners are users or programs that have the right to command an Equipment Sequence or Equipment Phase . Owners can be instances of Logix Designer, internal sequencers, operators, and external sequencers.Available owners are:
| |
Unit ID | The Unit ID is a numerical representation of the piece of equipment an Equipment Sequence is controlling. For example, a factory might have two identical mixers, MIXER_A (ID = 26) and MIXER_B (ID = 35). The sequence executes, and the generated events are archived. Reports created from that sequence event data identify which mixer was used (UNIT ID = 35).
Sequence ID | A user-generated identifier assigned to each execution of an Equipment Sequence so the Equipment Sequence and the events it generates can be recognized for display, analysis, and reporting purposes.
OK | Select to accept edits. If all attributes are valid, the modified attributes are saved for the current Equipment Sequence and this dialog box closes. OK and Apply are unavailable if the dialog box contains invalid data.
Cancel | Select to cancel edits and close the Equipment Sequence Properties dialog box.
Apply | Select to apply edits and continue editing in the Equipment Sequence Properties dialog box. Applying edits runs the same validation as clicking OK . |
