Monitor Equipment Sequence run-time information

Monitor an
Equipment Sequence
 in the
Monitor
tab of the
Equipment Sequence
 Properties
 dialog box.
Before you begin:
  • Make sure the controller is offline.
  • Access the
    Equipment Sequence
     by right-clicking on an
    Equipment Sequence
     and selecting
    Properties
    , or by double-clicking an
    Equipment Sequence
     in the
    Controller Organizer
    .
To monitor an
Equipment Sequence
:
  1. Select the
    Monitor
    tab.
  2. View the
    Scan times
    • Max
      : Displays the maximum amount of scan time of the
      Equipment Sequence
      , in milliseconds.
    • Last
      : Displays the last scan time of the
      Equipment Sequence
      , in milliseconds.
      To reset the
      Max
      and
      Last
      scan times, and restart the scan timer, select
      Reset Max
      .
  3. View the
    State
    and
    Substate
    • State
      : Displays the current state of the
      Equipment Sequence
      : IDLE, COMPLETE, STOPPED, ABORTED, HELD, RESETTING, STOPPING, RUNNING, ABORTING, HOLDING, and RESTARTING.
    • Substate
      : Displays the current pause substate of the
      Equipment Sequence
      : <No Display>; Pausing; Paused; Pausing, Auto Pause; and Paused, Auto Pause.
  4. View the
    Owners
    . Owners are users or programs that have the right to command an
    Equipment Sequence
    . Owners can be instances of
    Logix Designer
    , Sequence Graphic Elements, and other programs.
  5. If reseting the scan times, select
    Apply
    , then
    OK
    . Otherwise select
    Cancel
    .
