Monitor PINTLK parameter values

Use the
General
tab to monitor the status of Process Interlocks (PINTLK) instructions.
To monitor parameter values for Process Interlocks (PINTLK) instructions
  1. On the instruction in the routine, perform one of these actions:
    • On the Ladder or FBD instruction, select .
    • In the Structured Text editor, right-click the tag name and select
      Configure <tag name>
      .
  2. When online with the controller, select
    Reset
    to reset all interlocks. The action is immediate if the command request does not need to be confirmed by the operator. If the command request requires a signature, this will enforce security from the HMI and disable the command from the Logix Designer dialog. The button is always disabled when the device is offline.
  3. Monitor these parameters:
    • Interlock bypass status
      . At the top left, the overall status displays
      Not bypassed
      or
      Bypassed
      .
    • First out
      . Lists the first Not OK condition.
    • Type
      . The type of each interlock. Configure types on the
      HMI > Type
       tab.
    • Interlock name
      . Interlocks configured for the instruction.
    • State
      . The state of each interlock. Possible states are blank,
      Bypassed
      , or
      Not OK
      .
      TIP: The
      General
      tab lists interlocks after they are configured on the
      Advanced 0-15
      and
      Advanced 16-31
      tabs.
