Modify Auto-Naming Preferences for a Sequential Function Chart Routine
This dialog displays the names that are automatically generated for different language elements in the selected sequential function chart routine. (Configure these options under the Element Naming category of the Workstation Options dialog.) Customize the prefixes used for this routine by editing the fields on this dialog. Changing prefix information on this dialog does not affect tag names that were already generated. Changing prefix information does not affect the configuration choices made in the Workstation Options dialog. All other routines follow the configuration information specified in the Workstation Options dialog.
To modify auto-naming preferences:
- Open theRoutine Propertiesdialog:
- In the Controller Organizer, right click the active routine and selectProperties.
- Select theAuto-Namingtab.
- Modify the prefix names of the steps, transitions, actions, and stops as desired for this routine.
- ClickOKto accept changes and close theRoutine Propertiesdialog.
