The modules and corresponding communication formats are listed in the tables below.
TIP:
The default communication formats are shown in bold.
The Communication Format you choose for ControlNet Adapters allows rack-based communication to occur with digital I/O modules in the same chassis as the adapter.
Refer to the Logix 5000 Controllers Common Procedures manual (publication 1756-PM001) for more detailed information on choosing the appropriate Comm Format.
