Change Type dialog box

Use the Change Type dialog to change your module type to another module type or revision (for example, changing from a 1756-CNB ControlNet Bridge module to a 1756-CNBR ControlNet Bridge, Redundant Media module).

The parameters are disabled when the module is online and the profile has pending edits, or when the module is online and in Hard Run mode.

Parameters

Displays the current module type and revision.

To

Type

Choose the module type you wish to change to from the pull-down menu. The list of available modules includes all module types to which you can change.

Revision

Choose the major revision of the target module. The pull-down menu lists the available major revisions associated with the target module type.

OK

Click this button to accept your changes and close the Change Type dialog box. The Module Properties dialog box closes and then reopens with the new module type and all of its associated properties.

Cancel

Click this button to cancel your choices and close the Change Type dialog box.
