The event registration system will remain open through the event (24 - 27 October 2022). Please note: hotel rooms can fill up fast. If you register to attend close to the event dates, a hotel room may not be available.

When session registration opens in July 2022, you may register to attend, select sessions and/or change your session selection for Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA prior to the event via the online registration system. Session availability is on first come first served basis and some sessions may fill up fast so make sure to book early.

During the event, you may register to attend, select sessions and/or change your session selection onsite.

Yes, if you are unable to attend, another person from your company can attend in your place. Simply contact the support team to request the replacement.

Please note that you are responsible for hotel accommodation changes/cancellation.

Yes. You may go online and change your sessions in the online registration system or using the Events ROK mobile app (available from 5 October 2022) . Onsite at the event, you may make your session changes at the provided session change kiosks or through the app.

The registration fee will be billed to your credit card immediately upon registering for the event, and a payment receipt will be e-mailed to you. Your credit card line item will state "Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA".

The registration fee will be charged in USD as follows: early bird rate: $799, regular event rate: $999 USD and additional ROKFest guest (age 13 and older): $50 USD.

Participating commercial program companies (System Integrator level Silver and above, OEM Partners level Silver and above and Recognized Distributors) may be eligible to receive one or multiple seats for the event free of charge.

Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA 2022 seat eligibility is based on program type as follows:

System Integrator Partner:

                    Silver: 1 free seat
                    Gold: 2 free seats
                    Platinum: 3 free seats

OEM Partner:

                    Silver: 1 free seat
                    Gold: 2 free seats
                    Platinum: 3 free seats

Eligible seats are applied on a first-come, first-served basis, simply enter the BPID number for your Toolkit Contract (number looking like this 000982422 or 0091240055 – including any leading zero when entering the number in the Business Partner ID (BPID/Promo code field). The first person from the company to register will automatically be assigned the eligible seat. If there are multiple seats available for use, the second person to register will get the second seat and the third person to register will get the third seat, etc.

Eligible seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are non-refundable. You may purchase additional seats for this event through the online registration system. 

Instructions for Commercial Program Seats users (Distributor, OEM, System Integrator) on how to use your BPID to get a free seat for this event:

1. Select the correct attendee type (attendee, Distributor, …)
2. On the Next page you will Click Yes to “Are you a Commercial Program Partner (OEM Silver, OEM Gold, OEM Platinum, Distributor, System Integrator Silver, System Integrator Gold, Exhibitor)?”
3. And yes to “Do you have a promotional code?”
4. On the following page you will enter your BPID (including leading zeros to claim your free seat)

The SAPBPID is a unique number at Rockwell Automation for your company, which allows us to associate any transactions with you.

If you do not know your business partner ID (BPID) you may check the PartnerNetwork portal (PRM) system for assistance. Alternatively, you can identify your BIPD (customer ID or client number) on your invoice or order acknowledgments (Customer ID field)). In case this number is not available please talk to your financial, purchasing department, your Rockwell Automation dedicated contact or call our local Sales Office.

Hotel reservations for Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA can be made through the links mentioned on the event website and in your event registration confirmation. You must be registered to attend Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA to benefit from the negotiated hotel rates at the Gothia Towers.

However, you also have the option of booking at another hotel if you prefer to do so.

No. Rockwell Automation has negotiated the special Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA event rate at Gothia Towers that will ONLY be available through the links which are listed on the website of this event and in your event registration confirmation email.

No. However, the hotel may routinely place an authorization request that acts as a "hold" against a certain amount of the available credit in your account. This hold provides the hotel with a level of assurance that they will be paid for services or products. When you check out, your card is billed for the exact amount of your stay. Contact the hotel directly for any discrepancies in your billing or for additional information.

The deadline for hotel reservations is 7 October 2022 or while supplies lasts.

All participants of Rockwell Automation ROKLive EMEA 2022 are required to be registered for the event if booking guest accommodations at the event hotel. Any participants not adhering to this policy, will be subject to having their guest accommodations cancelled without notice.

Please send all requests for change or cancellation of the hotel reservation directly to the hotel you selected.

Note that the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry cancellation terms apply to your hotel reservation.

Yes. Any other method of payment that the hotel accepts may be used to cover the nights of your stay or any additional incurred charges at the time of your departure.

Yes, you're welcome to stay at any hotel located near the event venue.
