What were you looking for? Ways to meet your sustainability goals. Ideas on how to use all that data you’re collecting to make better business decisions. And, examples of how companies like yours are using the latest technology to stand apart from the competition.
1. IMDHER Bühler
An OEM member of our PartnerNetwork™ program, IMDHER Bühler designs, commissions, and services automation systems and plants that produce safe and healthy feeds for various animals. They use our controllers, drives, and software to help customers make sense of the data they’re collecting and use it to inform business decisions.
2. Energy Drive
Energy Drive works with companies from a range of energy-intensive industries to achieve their energy-related sustainability goals by implementing our variable speed drives. Here, we talk about the amazing results they helped a mine in South Africa achieve.
3. Green Bay Packaging
As you’ve likely experienced – there’s a growing demand for corrugated cardboard globally. Green Bay Packaging completely rebuilt their paper mill so they could meet this demand, and they standardized on our drives, control, process solutions, and visualization software. Our Lifecycle Services team helped them design the paper mill of the future – and manufacturers in any industry can learn from their success.
4. Polytron
Polytron is a system integrator in our PartnerNetwork. They help customers in the food and beverage industry take advantage of their data to improve OEE. In this story, we share how they helped a global beverage producer (and we’re talking about a BIG producer) improve OEE by 10 – 15%. That’s wild! And, this is something you could do too.
This is a story of digital twin for the win. Pearson Packaging, an OEM in our PartnerNetwork, uses our digital twin software to design, build, test, and commission all of their machines. This saves their customers a ton of money and is also great for Pearson.
A final takeaway here: four of the five most viewed stories were told by our PartnerNetwork. Just as important as what you implement is who you engage to help you on the journey. We encourage you to take advantage of the OEMs, system integrators, EPCs, and technology partners who make up our PartnerNetwork. Their experience can help you find success.
From all of us at Rockwell Automation, we wish you the best of luck in your digital transformation endeavors for 2024.
