widget to display essential information about all retained, and not currently shelved, alarms in a project.

Use the
Alarm Summary
to:
  • acknowledge alarms
  • disable alarms
  • shelve alarms
  • sort alarms
  • filter alarms
  • view alarm details
  • reset latched alarms
  • confirm alarms
  • suppress alarms
  • see a rollup of alarm counts
The
Alarm summary
widget displays the following columns of information:
Alarm summary table columns
Column
Description
Priority
Alarm priority. The following values are available:
  • Low
  • Medium
  • High
  • Urgent
Status
Alarm status. The following values are available:
  • normal
  • In alarm, acked, confirmed
  • In alarm, acked, unconfirmed
  • In alarm, unacked, unconfirmed
Event time
The time the alarm condition or sub-condition changed to the currently displayed state.
Condition name
Displays alarm condition. The Condition name field display value depending on the alarm logic
Confirmed
Specifies if the alarm is confirmed or unconfirmed
Name
Name of the alarm object that generated the alarm event.
Message
Message associated with the alarm event. For example, if HH is active, message dedicated for HH displays. In alarm details popup, message with higher priority displays.
Source variable
The variable monitored by the event.
In
Properties
, you can select which alarm summary table columns display, and disable or hide specific buttons.
