Save a project
Save a project to save the content. Store projects locally, in a version control repository, on a network drive, or a removable drive.
- Save a project using one of three ways:
- From the toolbar, selectSave.The project is saved as a project to the same location from which you opened the project.
- From the toolbar, select the down arrow after, selectSave As, and then inSave project as, save the project:
- Name. Enter a new name.
- Location. Enter the location to save the project.
- (optional)Use Version Control. Select to track changes made and store the project in a Git repository.TIP: In order to use version control, the name you are saving and the repository name must match. Names must contain only alpha numeric characters, numerals, periods, dashes, and underscores.
- (optional)Encrypt secrets. Select to encrypt sensitive data in the project.
- SelectOK.
- From the toolbar, select.The project is saved and a commit is made to the local version control repository.
