Import/Paste Configuration dialog box - Routines tab settings

The following information describes imported local tags on the
Import Configuration - Routines
dialog box.
Setting
Description
Row Header
The leftmost part of the grid provides an indication of the condition of the component that was imported, as follows:
Import_Configuration_dialog_warning_flag_without_astericks
Indicates why the component needs attention. Hover the cursor over the red flag icon and a tool tip appears and indicates the reason for the message.
fixed_product_safety_warning
Indicates a safety warning.
Import Name
Displays the name of the component as read from the import file.
An import name appears only for tags that exist in both the project and in the import content.
Operation
Displays the operation for each tag dependent upon the operation selected for the routine being imported:
  • Create - for routines that exist in the import content but not in the project, and the operation for the routine is set to
    Create
    or
    Overwrite
    .
  • Discard - for routines that exist in the import content, but not in the project, and the operation for the routine is set to
    Discard
    or
    Use Existing
    .
  • Delete - for routines that exist in the project but not in the import content, and the operation for the routine is set to
    Overwrite
    .
  • Use Existing - for each colliding routine and the operation for the routine is set to
    Use Existing
    .
  • Overwrite - for each colliding routine and the operation for the routine is set to
    Overwrite
    .
Differences LogDesPIODiffIcon
Icon changes to provide at-a-glance indications of how the imported content matches the project content, as follows:
collision_with_differences
Indicates a component that collides with another component, and has differences in the component definitions.
sources_only (2)
Indicates a component that is present in the import content and not in the project.
destination_only
Indicates a component that is present in the project and not in the import content.
Blank
(no icon)
Indicates a component that collides with another component, but has an identical component definition.
Final Name
Displays the contents of the
Import Name
box, unless
Operation
is set to
Discard
or the routine exists in the project but not in the import content (the
Import Name
is blank).
For cases where the routine exists in the project but not in the import content, this box contains the name of the routine in the project.
Type
Displays the routine type of the displayed component from the import content.
Collision Details / Properties
If the imported routine collides with an existing routine in the project, the
Collision Details
button appears in this column. Click the
Collision Details
button to open the
Collision Details
dialog box.
If the routine does not collide with a component, the
Properties
button appears in this column. Click
Properties
to open the
Properties
dialog box.
Description
Displays the description of the displayed component.
