Controller Properties dialog box - Alarm Log tab

Use the
Alarm Log
 tab to clear the content of the alarm log from the controller.
The ability to change the settings on this tab can be controlled by
FactoryTalk Security
 permissions.
TIP: To open the Alarm Log tab:
  1. From the
    Controller Organizer
    , right click the controller and choose
    Properties
    .
  2. In the
    Controller Properties
     dialog box, select the
    Alarm Log
     tab.
Clear Alarm Log
Clears the content of the alarm log from the controller. Undelivered alarm notification messages are deleted. These messages are never delivered to subscribers of the alarm log.
This option is only available when the project is online with the controller and the controller is not in run mode.
Last Clear State
Displays either
Successful
or
Failed
depending on the result the last time the alarm log was cleared. Information on when the alarm log was cleared and who cleared it is recorded in the
FactoryTalk
 AssetCentre Audit Log.
