View runtime memory usage for controllers with divided memory
For controllers with divided memory, the
Capacity
tab on the Controller Properties
dialog box can be used when the controller is online to view the actual memory used by the controller for I/O, data, and logic. For safety controllers, the tab shows memory used for safety components such as safety tasks, safety programs, and safety tags. While the controller is running, it uses additional memory for communication; this amount varies depending on the state of the communication.
Max Used
displays the peak memory usage as communication occurs.
