Use the
Axis Test Mode
Configuration
page to configure the Axis Test Mode feature which simulates real-time motion control behavior at the motion axis, motion module, or motion group level, without requiring or using a set of connected hardware. By using Axis Test Mode, it is possible to develop and test the application program without controller network connections to a complete set of physical CIP drives, motors, or machine components.
