Print a report
You can print an individual report for the selected
Controller Organizer
component. You can also print multiple reports.Controller Organizer
items for which you can print reports include:- Individual modules (I/O module, drive, or HMI)
- Modules wired to a network (Ethernet, ControlNet, or DeviceNet)
- Backplane modules
- Tasks
- Programs
- Equipment Phases
- Equipment Sequences
- Routines (including external routines)TIP: Backplane module reports include properties for the communication module in the backplane. All other component reports only display data for the selected component, not its communication modules.
To print a report
- In theController Organizer, select the desired item.TIP: When a properties dialog is displayed and is the active window, you can print properties regardless of what is selected in theController Organizer.
- SelectFile > Print. You can also right-click the module and selectPrintor pressCtrl+p. ThePrint - Controller Organizerdialog box appears.
- SelectPrint Options. ThePrint Optionsdialog box appears.
- Select the item's applicable Properties option. For example, if you have selected a component under I/O Configuration in the Controller Organizer, selectModule Properties. For tasks, programs, Equipment Phases, Equipment Sequences, or routines, selectTask Properties,Program Properties,Equipment Phase Properties,Equipment Sequence Listing, orRoutine Propertiesrespectively.If you have activated the Equipment Phase, the Program/Phase Properties option appears for Equipment Phases.
- SelectOKto close thePrint Optionsdialog box.To print a report without first displaying thePrint - Controller Organizerdialog box, select the Print icon in the main toolbar.
- On thePrint - Controller Organizerdialog box, select the printer, the pages to be printed, and the number of copies, and selectOK.
