Failed to modify properties for group <motiongrouptagname>.

There was a problem modifying the motion group’s properties. The error message you receive indicates one of the following conditions:

The maximum number of motion group tags (1) has been reached.

The maximum number of motion groups is set to 1 for this release.

The coarse rate is not large enough to process the number of scheduled axes.

Selects the periodic rate at which the motion task executes to compute the servo commanded position, velocity and accelerations to be sent to the 1756-M02AE or 1756-M08SE modules when executing motion instructions. If the coarse rate is too small, the controller may not have time to execute non-motion related ladder logic. As a general rule, one millisecond per axis is needed by the motion task for the controller to have reasonable execution time.

The coarse rate is too large.

Selects the periodic rate at which the motion task executes to compute the servo commanded position, velocity and accelerations to be sent to the 1756-M02AE or 1756-M08SE modules when executing motion instructions. If the coarse rate is too large, the servo motion may not be smooth.
