FactoryTalk Hub Menu

The
Hub Portal Menu
is divided into two sections, Hub Manager and Organization. You must be an owner or administrator of an organization to use the FactoryTalk Hub manager features.
Hub Manager
provides access to the following features:
  • Manage User Access
    : View, add, and remove access for various Users.
  • View Entitlements
    : Entitlements add different apps to your organization. The service provided is tied to a contract number and has a defined start date and expiry date.
  • Send Invites
    : Allows you to email invitations to team members to join your organization, share join requests links to join your organization, and see the history of invitations you have sent.
  • Approve Users
    : Approve Users who are requesting to join your organization through a join request link you have shared. This menu option is for approving users who are requesting to join the organization through the join request link. When you approve these users you assign the resources and roles they need. Users who accepted email invitations are automatically approved with the resources and roles assigned when you created the invitation.
Organization
provides access to the following features:
  • Create Organization
    : Create an organization. Organizations are collections of applications, users, and resources that can be accessed and managed using FactoryTalk Hub.
  • Edit Organization:
    Edit or archive an existing organization
  • Join Organization
    : Join an existing organization.
  • Universal Credits Balance:
    Allows you to see the status and balance of your universal credits.
