Create a project

A project contains elements with which a
FactoryTalk Optix Application
 is made.
  1. From the main menu, select
    New HMI project
    .
  2. Select the project template:
    1. Choose
      Default
       to use a pre-configured project template.
    2. Choose
      Blank
       to create and configure all project components manually.
  3. Set the project
    Name
     and
    Location
    .
  4. (optional) Select
    Use version control
     if want to version your project with Git.
  5. Select
    Create
    .
The new project opens.
